All items will be packed in a secure way and all appropriate means,quality packing items,bubble wrap and padded envelopes are used to allow your purchase to be delivered to you in perfect condition.

If nobody is available to receive your delivery, then your parcel will be taken back to the local depot and a card will be put through your door.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

Future Tackle Angling supplies operate a SAFE and secure delivery service.

All orders are shipped,same day or within 24hrs of payement being made.

The only markings on the package are your address on the front and our return address on the reverse.

Your invoice will be inside the parcel.

Royal Mail,Parcel Force and City-link courier service handles all our packages.

However if you have any questions or queries with our packaging or any other aspect or your order please Contact Us BY email and we will be happy to reassure you.

RETURNS

Returns Conditions
All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order,
and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (postage and packaging costs are non refundable).

Goods MUST BE unused..
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice.

Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Future Tackle within 48hours of the delivery date.

All goods are supplied with a 60 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).

Use of Future Tackle constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site.
