If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, FUTURE TACKLE is not obliged to accept your order.

Contract Formation
Orders made through FUTURE TACKLE are subject to acceptance and availability.
FUTURE TACKLE may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and FUTURE TACKLE until your parcel has been dispatched.
FUTURE TACKLE Provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. Please see our security page.
Your credit card is charged in the name of Future Tackle.

Acceptance of terms and conditions
Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date of which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Conditions
All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (postage and packaging costs are non refundable).

Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
Goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Personalised goods and items of Clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to FUTURE TACKLE within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 60 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).

FUTURE TACKLE can not be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

We process your orders instantly and ship it on the same day where possible, however, on certain products delivery can take up to 10-15 business days. We will notify you by email when your order is despatched and you can track your order on our website when you login to your account.
